On the dinner menu tonight

Tonight for dinner we are doing a little bit of this:

Coconut Chicken Fingers a la Can You Stay For Dinner?

Do those not look bomb.com? I made her Beef and Broccoli on Monday and it was a winner.

I find I am completely satisfied with my meals when I mix things up a little, and these are definitely mixing it up for me.
